Many of us go away for a few days but still stay half-connected to daily stress. And we lose so much of the precious vacation time for checking messages (nothing that can’t wait), scrolling social media feeds (nothing groundbreaking), staring at the screen whenever we need stimulation.
Unplug Your Summer
Rest better by using your phone less.
Summer is a good time to slow down. But it is hard to rest when your phone is always close to you.
This year, try a lighter way to stay connected. Spend more time outside. Sleep without a smartphone next to your bed. Check the time without opening another app. Take a break.

What changes when the phone stays away?
We asked the Mudita community how they use calmer technology during time off.
Some use Kompakt when they want to stay reachable without carrying a full smartphone. Some keep Harmony 2 or Bell 2 by the bed so their phone can stay outside the room. Small changes, but they can make the day feel less crowded.
